Enrolment Branch

WORK PROFILE

The main function of the Enrolment Branch is to enroll all the regular candidates of Government/private aided/non-aided schools affiliated with the Board. The Board issues enrolment numbers to candidates from class 9th to 11th after getting enrolment return forms from the institutions. The candidates from other states who have passed Middle to Eleventh classes and take admission in higher classes as regular students in the schools of Haryana State affiliated with this Board, would have to fill enrolment returns for getting enrolment numbers. The Board issues enrolment numbers after checking the eligibility conditions of candidates.

1. To issue enrolment nos. to the students of class 9th to 12th appearing as regular candidates only. Blank forms of enrolment return are sent to the school (Govt./recognised provided affiliated with this Board of Haryana State) by Board every year in the month of March/April with full prescribed instructions :- Within six months after receipt of enrolment return forms. Fees for enrolment is Rs. 100/- per candidate of Haryana State and fee for other State candidate is Rs. 150/-.
Dates of submission of Enrolment Return:- Forms and fees alongwith required documents without late fee are as under :-
Forms and fees alongwith required documents without late fee are as under :-
A- For 10th & 12th class – 31st May or dates fixed by the Chairman every year.
B- For 9th & 11th class – 30th September or dates fixed by the Chairman every year.
Return forms and fee can be submitted by hand or by post.
Supplementary Returns can be submitted within seven days with a late fee of Rs. 50/- per candidate after the last date of without late fee in the same class on submission of original school record etc.(With the permission of the Secretary) w.e.f. 2007-2008.
Supplementary Returns can be submitted by 22 June in case of tenth and 12th class and 31 Dec. in case of IX & XI th class every year with late fee of Rs. 500/- per candidate in the same class on submission of original school record etc. (With the permission of the Secretary)
Supplementary return can be submitted before 30 days of the commencement of exam. with a late fee of Rs. 1000/- per candidate in the same class on submission of original record with the permission of the Chairman.
Supplementary return can be submitted before 15 days of the commencement of the exam. with a late fee of Rs. 2000/- per candidate in the same class on submission of original record with the permission of the Chairman.
Enrolment Nos. issued once will continue the same upto 12th class.
